2011 Itinerary

This program runs 4 1/2 weeks from June 20 to July 21 and is subject to change.

Day 1: Depart from New York.

Day 2: Arrival Paris; connecting flight to Toulouse; mini-vans to the Pyrenees. Start of orientation.

Days 3 to 5: Font Romeu, the Pyrenees; hiking, bonding, orientation.

Day 6: To Arles via Carcassone. Meet your French family.

Days 7 to 22: morning classes, afternoon excursions in Provence, evenings and weekends with your family.

Day 22: good-bye to the families. To the Riviera. Cap d'Ail.

Days 23 to 25: Cap d'Ail, the Riviera. Sailing, sea kayaking, Nice, Monte Carlo, etc.

Days 25 to 28: Amboise, the Loire Valley; Chambord, Cheverny, Chenonceaux, vineyards and sunflowers.

Days 28 to 31: Paris!

Day 32: flight home.
